Lost In The Snow (4x6") 

Let's paint a penguin, how hard can it be...

Turns out, harder than I'd thought. There's a lot of subtle light and color in the feathers that I didn't manage to capture at all. The penguin I painted didn't look very interesting to begin with, and then I got reeeaaal clever with the snow. Too clever for my own good. At least it's a nice metaphor for how I felt while painting it :P
